Every week, I see students tossing away remnants of beautiful fabrics — silks, linens, cotton prints, luxury offcuts. Most of these end up in landfill, and if they contain synthetic fibres, they’ll sit there for centuries, shedding microplastics as they break down.
I rescue as much as I can… but I can’t save it all alone. That’s where you come in 💚

You don’t need advanced skills — just basic sewing machine experience.
If you’re brand new to sewing, please take one of my foundation courses first so you can get the most from this creative session.

- Sewing machines and accessories (if you’re not bringing your own)
🧰 What to Bring

- (Optional) Fabric scraps in your chosen colour palette — or raid my carefully curated stash
- Your sewing machine (if bringing your own): power cable, foot pedal, bobbins, instruction manual
- A Free‑Motion foot if you want to use that technique
